The Confluence "Flip the Script" Art Show Honorarium Artist

In 2023, I was successfully awarded 1 of 10 jurried artist slots in the "Flip the Script" show at (then Fort Calgary) the Confluence. After the show was completed, the Confluence elected to purchase my painting for their permanent collection as part to their initiative to update the over-arching message conveyed by the institution, as a way to acknowledge previously omitted or unspoken parts of our colonial history here in Canada.
